Pick over spinach. Remove all stems and brown leaves. Wash in several waters. Drain. Place in sauce pan. (Do not add water.) Cover Cook slowly until thoroughly - wilted Serve with butter, salt, and pepper. The leaves of mustard, dandelion kale, and beet plants may be prepared for greens in this manner.
