Title: Easter Egg Butter and Jelly Molds [Wilton]

INGREDIENTS | ||
1 | 3-oz. package cream cheese, | |
Softened | ||
3 | tb | Butter, softened |
Favorite Jam or Jelly |
In processor or mixer, beat cream cheese and butte until blended. Spray Mini Egg Pan lightly with vegetable oil spray. Spread mixture in pan. Freeze 30 minutes. With thin spatula dipped in hot water, ease down one edge until butter pops out. Place on serving dish. Chill. Let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes before serving. Spoon 2 Tablespoons jam/jelly in center of each egg before serving. Serve with Easter Egg Fruit Bread.
