1 | Egg, well beaten |
Sift prepared flour, measure, and sift. Combine egg, shortening, milk, and sugar. Add sifted flour and beat only until smooth. Fill well-oiled muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake in hot oven (425ø F) 15-20 minutes. 10 servings. The Household Searchlight - 1941
