Title: Spaghetti with Garlic & Oil

1/4cOlive oil
2tbButter
3tbGarlic -- chopped
2tbFresh parsley -- chopped
1/2cWhite wine
  Salt & pepper to taste
1lbThin spaghetti; cooked --
  Hot
  Parmesan cheese

Melt the butter in olive oil. Add garlic and sautee for 5 minutes on low. Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Toss with pasta and garnish with parsley. Serve hot with grated cheese on the side. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
