Title: Spaghetti with Garlic & Oil

1/4 | c | Olive oil |
2 | tb | Butter |
3 | tb | Garlic -- chopped |
2 | tb | Fresh parsley -- chopped |
1/2 | c | White wine |
Salt & pepper to taste | ||
1 | lb | Thin spaghetti; cooked -- |
Hot | ||
Parmesan cheese |
Melt the butter in olive oil. Add garlic and sautee for 5 minutes on low. Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Toss with pasta and garnish with parsley. Serve hot with grated cheese on the side. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
