Title: Oil and Vinegar

1 t | s salt | |
1 | /2 t | s pepper |
2 t | s Dijon mustard | |
2 T | B red wine vinegar | |
1 | /2 c | olive oil |
1 | /4 t | s lemon juice |
Mix all ingredients, blend well. Chill.
This was my favorite salad dressing for years.
