1 | tb | Honey |
1 1/2 | c | White wine vinegar |
2 1/2 | c | Raspberries |
1 1/2 | c | Fresh mint leaves |
In a small nonaluminum saucepan dissolve the honey in 1/4 cup of the vinegar over low heat. In a glass bowl combine the honey mixture with remaining ingredients. Cover and let sit in a sunny area 3 days. Strain the vinegar and pour into a glass bottle. Cap and refrigerate.
