Title: Vinegar (Sour) Sauce
Categories: Bbq Sauce
Yield: 1 Servings

1/4cWhite Vinegar
1/4cFresh Lime Juice
1tbMinced Garlic
1tbFresh Chile Peppers (Your
  Choice) -- minced
1/4cFresh Cilantro Or Oregano --
  Roughly chopped
  Salt -- to taste
  Cracked Black Pepper -- to
  Taste

Mix all ingredients well in small bowl; cover and refrigerate until time to use.

Makes about ¾ cup.
