1	tb	Vinegar
3/4	ts	Salt
1/2		Garlic clove, minced
		Pepper, ground fresh
	ds	Monosodium glutamate

Toss Oil with greens until leaves glisten. Mix vinegar and seasonings and toss sparingly in salad.
