Title: Jerk Spice-Olive Oil-Balsamic Vinegar Marinade

Yield: 1 Servings
| 1/4 | c | Balsamic vinegar |
| 1/4 | c | Chopped onion |
| 1 | tb | Chopped garlic |
| 1 | sm | Roasted red pepper |
| 1/2 | tb | Crushed red pepper |
| 1/8 | c | Lemon juice |
| 1/4 | c | Malt vinegar |
| 1 | ts | Allspice |
| 2 | tb | Cinnamon |
| 1 | ts | Ground cloves |
| 1 | ts | Coriander |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Curry powder |
| 1/4 | c | Olive oil |
| 1 | pn | Salt to taste |
Combine ingredients and marinade halibut fillets or other seafood. You might even want to try it with chicken! Then, grill or pan-fry as usual.
