Title: Beer Bacon Bread+(Abm)

3/4 | c | Flat beer |
1/2 | c | Water |
1/4 | c | Chopped green onions |
2 | tb | Mustard |
1 | tb | Margarine or butter, soft |
3 1/4 | c | Bread flour |
1 | tb | Sugar |
3/4 | ts | Salt |
1 3/4 | ts | Yeast |
1/3 | c | Crumbed cooked bacon ----2 pounder----- |
3/4 | c | Flat beer |
2/3 | c | Water |
1/4 | c | Chopped green onions |
2 | tb | Mustard |
1 | tb | Margarine or butter, soft |
4 1/4 | c | Bread flour |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | ts | Yeast* |
1/2 | c | Crumbed bacon |
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except bacon in a bread pan in the order recommended by your bread machine manufacturer. Add bacon at the raisin/nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before end of final kneading period.
Select Basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not use delay cycle.
When baked, remove loaf to cool on a wire rack.
*yeast ammount is correct though proportionately less than what is called for in smaller loaf
