2tbVegetable oil
2tbMargarine
12ozChicken, chunked
1 1/2cBroccoli, sliced
1 1/2cMushrooms, sliced
1cOnion, diced
1 Garlic clove, minced
10 3/4ozCream of Chicken Soup
1/4cDry White Wine
1/2cMilk
1/8tsPepper

Saute mushrooms in margarine. Remove. Cook chicken in oil. Remove. Saute broccoli. Remove. Saute onion. Remove. Combine soup, milk, wine, garlic and pepper. Heat to boiling. Return other ingredients and heat through. Serve over cooked noodles or rice. Created By Dorothy Flatman
