2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
2 | tb | Margarine |
12 | oz | Chicken, chunked |
1 1/2 | c | Broccoli, sliced |
1 1/2 | c | Mushrooms, sliced |
1 | c | Onion, diced |
1 | | Garlic clove, minced |
10 3/4 | oz | Cream of Chicken Soup |
1/4 | c | Dry White Wine |
1/2 | c | Milk |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
Saute mushrooms in margarine. Remove. Cook chicken in oil. Remove. Saute
broccoli. Remove. Saute onion. Remove. Combine soup, milk, wine, garlic
and pepper. Heat to boiling. Return other ingredients and heat through.
