Title: Mr. Food's Roasted Pepper Dip

Yield: 2 Cups
1 | Jar (7 oz) roasted peppers, | |
. drained, patted dry, and | ||
. finely chopped (1/2 cup) | ||
1 | Container (16 oz) low-fat | |
. sour cream | ||
1 | ts | Minced garlic |
1 | ts | Salt |
Place all the ingredients in a medium sized bowl; beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until thoroughly blended. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container until ready to use.
