Title: Spicy Bean and Cucumber Salad

11 | oz | Green beans, cooked, chpd |
1 | md | Cucumber, peeled, chpd fine |
1/2 | md | Red onion, chopped fine |
2 | tb | Chopped fresh cilantro |
2 | tb | Red wine/cider vinegar |
2 | ts | Chopped fresh hot green |
Chili OR | ||
1/4 | ts | Crushed red pepper |
1 | ts | Honey |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
