Title: Sugar - Free Grape Jelly

Yield: 2 Half-pints
4 | ts | Unflavoured gelatin |
1/2 | c | Water |
1 1/2 | c | Unsweetened grape juice |
4 | tb | Liquid sucaryl |
Soften gelatin in water.Bring grape juice to the boil,remove from heat.Add softened gelatin,stirring to dissolve.Add sucaryl.Bring to the full rolling boil.Ladle into clean half - pint jars; seal.Keep in refrigerator.
Per tbsp: Calories 9 protein 0.5g no fat carbohydrates 2g (with sugar ~ 36 calories)
Note:If no more than 1 tbsp is used,need not be calculated as exchanges. If larger amounts are used: (2 tbsp = 1/2 fruit exchange)
