Title: Smokey Salmon Pate - Ames Center for Diabetes

1cSalmon (15oz)
2/3cCottage cheese, low fat
1/4tsLiquid smoke seasoning
1tbLemon juice
2tbOnion; minced
2tbOlives, ripe; finely chopped
1tsWorchestershire sauce
1/2tsPaprika

Drain salmon and chop fine, or mash with a fork. Press cottage cheese through a strainer, or blend smooth; combine with salmon and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Cover and chill for at least one hour. Serve with melba toast or party rye.
