Title: Green Bean Sesame Salad

1 | lb | Beans, fresh green |
2 | tb | Oil, olive/vegetable |
1 | tb | Juice, lemon |
2 | tb | Sesame seeds; toasted |
1 | cl | Garlic; minced |
1/2 | ts | ;salt, optional |
1/2 | ts | Pepper flakes, crushed red |
1/8 | ts | Pepper |
In a saucepan, cover beans with water; cook until crisp-tender. Drain and rinse in cold water; place in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Serve at room temperature.
