Title: Veggie Dill Dip

Yield: 2 1/2 cups
16 | oz | Cheese, cottage, low-fat |
3 | tb | Milk, skim |
3/4 | c | Mayonnaise, fat-free |
1 | tb | Onion, dried minced |
1 | tb | Parsley flakes, dried |
1 | ts | Dill weed |
1 | ts | Salt, seasoned |
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder |
In a blender, blend cottage cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill overnight. Serve with raw vegetables.
