Title: Georgina Major's Diabetic Bran Bread

1/2 | ts | Salt |
3/4 | c | Whole bran cereal,crumbled |

1/4 | c | Salad oil |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Sift together the flour,baking powder and salt.Add bran,blending well.Combine remaining ingredients; add to flour mixture,stirring just to blend.Turn into a greased loaf pan .Bake 70 minutes,or until done.
Per serving; 113 calories, 3g protein, 5.5g fat, 14.5 carbohydrate.
