2 | Ripe bananas | |
8 | oz | Dried figs |
8 | oz | Dried apricots |
8 | oz | Whole pitted dates |
8 | oz | Raisins |
2 | c | Granola |
8 | oz | Chopped almonds, toasted |
1 | c | Flaked coconut |
Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with butter or magarine. Combine bananas, figs, apricots, dates, raisins and granola in food processor fitted with the metal blade; process until bananas are pureed. Stir in almonds. Press mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle with coconut. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours to allow flavors to blend. Cut into bars.
