Title: Duck Basted with Honey and Curry

Pepper | ||
1 | Onion | |
2 | Cloves | |
Honey | ||
Curry powder |
Salt and pepper the inside of the bird. Place cloves into the onion. Roast the duck for one hour at 325. Baste several times for the next half hour with honey/curry mixture.
