Title: Barbecued Chicken, Hawiian Style

5 | lb | Chicken thighs, frozen |
2 | Inch ginger root, sliced | |
1 1/2 | c | Shoyu |
2/3 | c | Sugar |
2 | oz | Sweet white wine |
In large bowl mix ginger, shoyu, sugar and wine. Marinate chicken while defrosting for four or more hours. Stir occasionally to separate chidken as it defrosts.
Charcoal chicken over hot coals, turning frequently.
