1 1/2	oz	Light rum
1/2	oz	Pineapple juice
1	ts	Lime juice
1	ts	Grenadine
		Iced club soda
1	ts	Rum
1		Papaya chunk

Shake light rum, pineapple juice, lime juice and grenadine well with ice. Strain into tall 8 oz glass half filled with ice. Add soda. Stir. Float rum on drink. Add papaya chunk.
