1/3 | c | Soy Sauce |
1 | tb | Brown Sugar -- packed |
2 | tb | Vegetable Oil |
1 | tb | Cider Vinegar |
1/2 | ts | Ground Ginger |
1 | Clove Garlic -- crushed | |
1 1/2 | lb | White Fish Fillets |
1 | tb | Fresh Parsley -- minced |
Combine 1st 6 ingrediants, marinate fish in sauce for 20 minutes. Turning once. Reserve sauce, broil fish - 5" from heat for 4 minutes, turn, baste with sauce and broil 4 minutes. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
