| 3 1/2 | c | Sugar |
| 2 1/4 | c | Brandy |
| 1 | Vanilla Bean -- cut in half |
Combine instant coffee, sugar and 2 cups boiling water; stir in brandy. Pour into 2 bottles; add vanilla bean to each bottle. Seal and let age for at least 30 days. Yields 2 fifths.
