8 | oz | Fresh salmon, salted |
2 | lb | Tomatoes, finely chopped |
8 | oz | Onions, finely chopped |
1/3 | Green onions, finely | |
Chopped | ||
1/2 | c | Chopped ice |
Remove the salmon skin and cut into small dice. Place into a bowl and add tomatoes and onions and chill. To serve place bowl on crushed ice.
Note: Lomi in Hawaiian means "to squeeze, crush, mash fine."
