Title: Maui Super Chunk Ice Cream

| 1 | Piece Vanilla Ice Cream | |
| 1/4 | c | Apple, Banana (Or Any Kind) |
| 1/4 | " dice | |
| 1/4 | c | Pineapple -- 1/4" dice |
| 1/4 | c | Mango -- 1/4" dice |
| 1/8 | c | Loquats -- or lychee, 1/4" |

| 3 | tb | Coconut -- toasted |
| 2 | tb | Macadamia Nuts -- chopped |
| Fine | ||
| 1/4 | c | Dark Chocolate Chips |
| 1 | c | Whipping Cream -- whipped |
Let ice cream soften under refrigeration for 1 to 2 hours. In a mixer with paddle add ice cream on slow speed quickly mix in all fruit, nuts, and chocolate. Fold in whipped cream and freeze at once.
Makes 4 servings.
