1lbAhi (yellowfin tuna) or aku
  (skipjack tuna) fillet
1/2cSoy sauce
1tsSesame oil
1/4cChopped onion
1/4cChopped green onions
1/2cChopped limu (seaweed)
1/2tsMinced ginger root
2 Hawaiian red peppers, seeded
  And chopped

Cut fish into 1/2-in cubes. In a bowl, combine fish with remaining ingredients; mix well. Chill before serving. Serves 6. I think you could reduce the soy sauce a bit (do, for example, thirdsies with, rice vinegar and mirin).
