Title: White Chocolate Pecan Mousse Pie

10 | Inch pie crust (chocolate graham wafer is nice) | |
2 | tb | Butter |
2 | c | Chopped pecans |
1 | c | Vanilla milk chips or white baking chocolate |
1/4 | c | Milk |
2 | c | Whipping cream |
1/3 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Stir in pecans. Cook until golden brown, about 6 mins, stirring constantly. Cool at room temperature 1 hour.
In small saucepan over low heat (or double boiler) melt chocolate with milk, stirring constantly. Cool at room temperature 1 hour.
In large bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in sugar, vanilla, pecans and melted vanilla milk chips. Spoon into cooled crust. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
Garnish with grated chocolate or chocolate syrup.
