Title: Cupcake Chicks and Bunnies

Yield: 24 Servings

1pkPills Moist Supreme Cake Mix any flavor
1cnPills Creamy Supreme Vanilla frosting
4cCoconut*

Heat oven to 350^. Line 24 muffin cups with paper baking cups. Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake as directed for cupcakes. Cool completely. Remove paper baking cups from cupcakes. Decorate as directed below.

To Make Cupcake Chick: Invert capcake; frost bottom and sides of cupcake. Roll frosted cupcake in yellow tinted coconut to cover frosting with coconut. For beak, cut into 1 small orange candy slice. Pull apart cut ends to form beak. Cut small slit in upper edge of cupcake. Press beak into slit. For eyes, press 2 chocolate chips in cupcake above beak. For feet place 2 small orange slice candies under cupcake.

To Make Cupcake Bunny: Invert cupcake; frost bottom and sides of cupcake. Roll frosted cupcake in pink coconut to cover frosting with coconut. For eyes, cut 1 jelly bean in half. Press jelly bean halves on top of cupcake for eyes. For ears, cut 2 sticks pink gum into pointed ear shapes; press into cupcake above eyes. Use 1 jelly bean for nose and 1 miniature marshmallow for tail.

Tip: *Four cups coconut is enough to cover 24 chicks or bunnies. To tint coconut pink or yellow, toss 1 cup with 2 drops red or yellow food color.
