Title: Individual Peach Crisp

1 1/2 | c | Froz. peaches, sliced |
Peeled & thawed | ||
3 | tb | Flour |
3 | tb | Rolled oats |
3 | tb | Brown sugar |
3 | tb | Chopped walnuts, if desired |
1/8 | ts | Cinnamon |
2 | tb | Margarine |
Microwave Istructions: Spoon peaches evenly into 3 ungreased 10 oz. microwave-safe custard cups or dessert dishes. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; blend with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over peaches. Microwave on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes or until peaches are tender, rearranging custard cups once during cooking. Serve warm with cream, ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
Conventional Directions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare peach crisp as directed above using 3 ungreased 10 oz. custard cups; place cups on cookie sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until peaches are tender and topping is golden brown. Serve warm with cream, Ice Cream or whipped cream, if desired.
