Title: Dilled New Potatoes

Yield: 6 Servings

2lbNew potatoes, small, pared
  Boiling water
6tbButter, melted
1tsPaprika
1/2tsSalt
2tbSnipped fresh dill
  *OR*
2tsDried dill

Cook potatoes in 1 inch boiling water in large saucepan, covered 10 minutes. Drain.

Turn potatoes into shallow baking pan. Brush well with 4 tbs. butter; sprinkle all over with Paprika and salt.

Broil, 6 inches below heat, turning frequently, 10 or 15 minutes, or until fork-tender. Potatoes should have a golden outer crust.

Add dill to rest of butter; roll potatoes in mixture, coating well.
