Title: Parmesan - Cream Potatoes

Yield: 6 Servings
8 | oz | Sour cream |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | White pepper |
1/2 | ts | Paprika |
1/2 | ts | Dried thyme |
1/4 | ts | Dried mustard |
1/4 | ts | Hot sauce |
1/4 | c | Butter; melted |
2 1/2 | lb | Baking potatoes |
1/4 | c | Parmesan cheese; grated |
Combine the first eight ingredients in a large bowl.
Cut the potatoes into fourths; stir into the sour cream mixture. Arrange the potatoes in a lightly greased 15- x 10-inch jelly roll pan; sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake at 350øF for about 50 minutes to 1 hour or until the potato is tender and browned.
Makes about 6 servings.
