Title: Easy Cheesy Potato Sca11op

2 | c | Thinly sliced cooked, peeled |
Potatoes* | ||
1/2 | c | Finely chopped onion |
2 | tb | All-purpose flour |
2 | tb | Natural cheese flavored |
Sprinkles, divided | ||
1 1/2 | ts | Parsley flakes |
1/4 | ts | Ground mustard powder |
1/4 | ts | Table blend Seasoning |
3/4 | c | Skim or low-fat milk, |
Beated |
*If pre-cooked potatoes are not available, cook raw sliced potatoes until crisp tender.
Preheat oven to 350F. Coat one-quart casserole or baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a small bowl, blend together flour, 1 1/2 tbsp. natural cheese flavor sprinkles, parsley flakes, mustard and table blend seasoning. Place a thin layer of potatoes in casserole. Top with a thin layer of chopped onion. Sprinkle with seasoned flour mixture. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Pour heated milk evenly over casserole mixture. Cover. Bake at 350F. for 30 minutes. Remove cover; continue baking 10 minutes, until potatoes are golden and sauce is thickened. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 tbsp. natural butter flavor sprinkles. Makes 4 servings. Per Serving: 120 calories, 0.5g fat, 210mg sodium, 24g carbohydrates, 0mg cholesterol, 4 g protein.
