Title: Glazed Carrots and Potatoes

2tbButter or margarine
2tbHoney
1tbFresh lemon juice
1 1/2cCarrots, cut in 1-inch
  Pieces
1 1/2cNew potatoes, pared and cut
  In chunks
1/4tsSalt

Heat butter 30 seconds in 1 1/2-qt. Microwave casserole. Stir in honey, lemon juice, carrots and potatoes. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap. Cook 5 minutes. Turn dish and stir. Cover, cook 5 minutes longer. Add salt. Cover. Let stand 3 minutes before serving. Yield: 4 servings.
