6 | Potatoes,cooked,diced | |
1 | Onion,medium,grated | |
1 | ds | Cayenne pepper |
3/4 | c | Milk |
1/4 | c | American cheese,shredded |
1/2 | lb | Cottage cheese |
2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
2 | tb | Parsley,chopped |
1. Put diced potatoes in a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish. 2. Mix remaining ingredients except American cheese; pour over potatoes. 3. Top mixture with shredded American cheese; bake in preheated 400'F. oven 15 minutes.
