1 1/2 | lb | Potatoes (70 dkg) |
3 1/2 | oz | Carrots (10 dkg) |
3 1/2 | oz | Parsnips (10 dkg) |

"Sautez 1 finely chopped onion on 10 dkg of smoked bacon cut into small cubes. Add 70 dkg of diced potatoes, 10 dkg of sliced carrots and 10 dkg of sliced parsnips. Add rings of green pepper and tomato and some finely chopped parsley. Season with salt and red paprika. Mix well. When the green pepper is half cooked, sprinkle in a little flour and add cold water. Simmer slowly until cooked."
