MAKES TWO LOAVES OVEN TEMP: 400 DEGREES COMBINE YEAST AND 2 1/2 CUPS OF THE FLOUR. HEAT MILK, BUTTER SUGAR AND SALT UNTIL JUST WARM. ADD TO DRY INGREDIENTS ALONG WITH THE CAN OF SOUP. IN MIXER, BEAT AT LOW SPEED 30 SECONDS THEN AT HIGH SPEED 3 MINUTES. STIR IN REMAINING FLOUR. KNEAD THE DOUGH ABOUT 10 MINUTES. PLACE IN A GREASED BOWL, TURNING ONCE. LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLED. PUNCH DOWN. COVER DOUGH AND LET REST 10 MINUTES. SHAPE LOAVES. PLACE IN GREASED LOAF PANS LET RISE UNTIL DOUBLE. BAKE 25 TO 30 MINUTES.
