Title: Dilled Potatoes and Fish Fillets

Yield: 4 Servings
1 | lb | Potatoes, scrubbed & thinly sliced (peeled if desired) |
1 | lb | White fish fillets, 1/2" thick |
Dill Weed | ||
Salt & Lemon Pepper to taste | ||
Basil | ||
2 | Tomatoes, fresh & chopped | |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
Arrange potatoes in single layer in a casserole dish. Place fish fillets on top of potatoes. Sprinkle potatoes and fish with the dill, salt, lemon pepper and basil. Pour lemon juice over ingredients. Bake covered for 20 - 25 minutes at 350 degrees until fish flakes and potatoes are done. Serves 4.
