1 | | Pkg. Scalloped Potatoes; Betty Crocker |
2 | c | ;boiling water |
3/4 | c | Milk |
1 1/2 | c | Ham; fully cooked, diced |
1 | c | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
1/2 | c | Green peas or beans, frozen |
| | ;thawed |
4 | oz | Can mushrooms; drained |
Heat oven to 400. In an ungreased 2 qt. casserole, mix potatoes, sauce mix
& 2 cups boiling water. Stir in milk, ham, cheese, peas (or green beans) &
mushrooms. Bake uncovered 40-45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Let
