Title: Green Beans, New Potatoes and Ham

Fresh green beans, cleaned | ||
Smoked ham, cut into small | ||
Small new potatoes and snapped chunks |
Combine beans and ham into a large sauce pan. Cover with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer until beans are nearly done, adding water as necessary. Peel potatoes and put them (whole) in with the beans and ham. Continue cooking until potatoes are done.
OPTIONAL: Substitute Bacon for Ham
