Title: Warn Tomato, Bacon & Potato Salad

8 | oz | Potatoes -- cooked & |
Peeled | ||
2 | tb | Oil |
1/2 | c | Onion -- chopped |
1/2 | c | Frozen peas -- thawed |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Sugar |
2 | tb | White vinegar |
3 | tb | Bacon -- cooked & crumbled |
Core and cut tomatoes into 3/4" cubes; place in large bowl. Cut potatoes into 3/4" cubes; add to tomatoes. In medium skillet heat oil until hot. Add onion; saute about 5 minutes. Stir in peas, salt, sugar and vinegar; pour over tomato mixture, tossing gently. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve warm.
