3 | c | Seasoned mashed potatoes |
3 1/2 | c | Milk |
4 | tb | Butter |
4 | dr | Tabasco |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Green onion; chopped |
1 | ts | White pepper |
1/2 | c | Ham; finely diced |
3 | tb | Yellow cheese; grated |
Place mashed potatoes in heavy saucepan, gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Beat w/rotary beater until blended and smooth. Place over low heat, stirring often, heat to boiling point, add butter, Tabasco, onion, salt, and pepper. Blend thoroughly. Garnish top w/ham and yellow cheese.
