4 | md | Potatoes; 3/4" cubes |
1 | lb | Chicken breasts;3/4"cubes |
2 | tb | Olive oil |
1 | c | Prepared tomato salsa |
1 | sm | Can corn drained |
Microwave potatoes 8 - 10 minutes until tender. While potatoes cook, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5 minutes. Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add salsa and corn;toss until heated through. Time: 20 minutes.
