4 | md | Potatoes sliced 1/4" thick |
1 | lb | Chicken breasts 1/2"thick |
2 | tb | Vegetable oil |
1/4 | c | Honey-Dijon BBQ Sauce |
1 | ts | Dried tarragon |
Microwave potatoes 8 - 10 minutes until tender. While potatoes cook, in large skillet toss and brown chicken in oil over high heat 5 minutes. Add potatoes; saute and toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Add BBQ sauce and tarragon; toss until heated through. Time: 20 minutes.
