Title: Lovely Potato Casserole

Yield: 4 Servings
2 | lb | Baking potatoes, |
1/2 | c | Butter, melted |
1 | tb | Salt |
2 | tb | Dried, minced onion |
1 | cn | Cream of Chicken soup |
2 | c | Sour cream |
2 | c | Cheddar cheese, grated |
1/4 | c | Butter |
2 | c | Can french fried onions |
Skinned, shredded |
Preheat oven 350~F. Combine potatoes, 1/2c butter, salt, onion, soup, sour cream, and cheese. Put into a greased 9x13" baking dish, spreading to full. Combine 1/4c butter with the crushed french fried onions and sprinkle on top. Bake 1 1/4 hrs.
