Title: Peas 'n' Salmon Loaf

2 | cn | Salmon,drained(15.5oz ea) |
2 | Eggs,beaten | |
1 | tb | Onion,chopped |
2 | ts | Lemon juice |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Cracker crumbs,fine |
1 | cn | Peas,drained(8.5oz) |
1/4 | c | Tomato catsup |
1. Combine in a mixing bowl salmon, eggs, onion, lemon juice, salt and cracker crumbs. 2. Carefully fold in peas. 3. Pack into a greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pan; bake in a preheated 350'F. oven 30 minutes. 4. Spread loaf with catsup; bake 5 minutes longer.
