Title: Scalloped Salmon for Two - Sl 11/81

Yield: 2 Servings
2 | tb | Onion; chopped |
1 | tb | Green pepper; chopped |
2 | tb | Butter or margarine; melted |
1 | (7-3/4 oz) can salmon; drained and flaked | |
1/2 | c | Evaporated milk |
1 | tb | All-purpose flour |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
2 | tb | ;buttered soft breadcrumbs |
: Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender but not brown. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture into buttered individual baking shells; top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Yield: 2 servings.
