Title: Scalloped Salmon for Two - Sl 11/81

Yield: 2 Servings

2tbOnion; chopped
1tbGreen pepper; chopped
2tbButter or margarine; melted
1 (7-3/4 oz) can salmon; drained and flaked
1/2cEvaporated milk
1tbAll-purpose flour
1/4tsSalt
2tb;buttered soft breadcrumbs

: Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender but not brown. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture into buttered individual baking shells; top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Yield: 2 servings.
