1/2 | lb | Smoke dsalmon |
2 | tb | Scotch whiskey |
2 | ts | Lemon juice |
1/2 | ts | Horseradish |

2 | tb | Chopped fresh chives or |
Scallions |
Process all except chives in food processor until well mixed. Add chives and pulse to mix. Store well covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Pumpernickel and rye bagels are suggested bases.
