Title: Salmon Steaks with Mustard and Dill

4 | Salmon Steaks | |
Oil | ||
1/2 | c | Mayonnaise |
1/2 | ts | Chopped fresh dill |
1/2 | ts | Mustard |
Brush salmon steaks with oil. Grill for 10mins or until salmon is cooked through, turning once during cooking. While salmon is cooking, combine mayonnaise, dill and mustard. Carefully remove skin and bones from salmon. Place salmon onto serving plates. Serve with mustard and dill mayonnaise.
