Title: Salmon Loaf with Creamed Peas

1 | cn | Salmon |
1/2 | c | Milk |
1/2 | c | Bread crumbs |
1 | tb | Butter, melted |
Salt & pepper to taste | ||
CREAMED PEAS | ||
1 1/2 | c | Scalded milk |
3 | tb | Butter |
3 | tb | Flour |
Salt & pepper to taste |
Mix all ingredients. Bake in loaf pan until it shrinks from sides. Serve with creamed peas poured around on platter.
Creamed Peas: Melt butter, add flour, then gradually add scalded milk, salt and pepper.
